Refund policy

We have a 14-day 'no questions' asked Return Policy

Simply request a return within 14 days from the day your order was delivered and once it is received back to our warehouse we will refund you.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn/unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging.  Items not adhering to this will not be accepted as a return.

You’ll will need to enclose the receipt or proof of purchase with your details and order number (such as a copy of the email order confirmation) so we can process the refund.

If you didn't order from our website or can't get into your account use the contact us page to send us a message and we will help you to get the return organised.

Please note that returns will need to be posted at your expense - please contact us for the return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders, custom designs or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on returned items.  The fastest way is to return the item you don't want and make a seperate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and the refund has been processed. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 
  • We can not refund to alternative cards or payment methods only the original payment method used when the order was placed.
  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit back to us and will not issue a refund should the item not arrive.  We strongly suggest you send returns via a trackable shipping method.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Custom products custom products (such as special orders, custom designs or personalized items) are exemped from these rights.
